How can i order shipping supplies?

Existing clients can feel free to order shipping supplies through the MyLab Connect portal. Simply log in using your custom user ID/password and follow the instructions on how to order shipping supplies.

How do i schedule a pickup?

Our fully comprehensive online portal MyLab Connect has a convenient "Schedule a Pickup" feature. Existing customers can simply login to their MyLab Connect account, click the "Schedule a Pickup" button and follow the prompts.

When will i recive my case?

MyLab Connect has a feature where you can view and track your cases in their stage of production. Existing customers can login to view and track their cases. In addition, customers can always refer to our Production Calendar to determine when they will receive their cases.

How do i track my case?

Great question! Our online portal, MyLab Connect provides existing clients with the opportunity to live track their cases. Customers can see where their cases are in production and when they can expect the case to ship back to them. This is just part of York Dental's value-added service!
