Ben attended Northeastern University School of Business. He received his technical education from Ceramco School of Ceramics, Asami Tanaka School of Dental Ceramics, Dentsply School of Dental Implants and Dentsply School of Castable Ceramics. Ben started his career in 1976 working as a dental lab technician; he purchased York Dental Lab in 1982. Ben lectures on many aspects of dental prosthetics and helps with treatment planning complex implant cases along with other cases when needed.

Amina has been involved in all aspects of accounting and operations in the laboratory for over twenty years. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2011 and her MBA in 2015. Amina is success driven and an expert at managing group dynamics as well as leading and motivating our team to deliver the best results.

Melanie is a proactive customer service professional offering more than ten years of excellent customer care. She also has several years of experience in sales, marketing, and administration.
